Inside Sales Executive

About the role

We're looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in the electrical and automation industry. You'll own the full sales cycle — from qualifying high-intent leads to closing deals — while confidently explaining how our sensors and automation modules outperform the standard in smart-home and commercial settings. Offer: ₹18,000–₹40,000/month plus performance incentives.

What you'll do

Proactively engage B2B leads, architects, and contractors to pitch our smart electrical & automation range.
Filter and qualify inbound inquiries to prioritize high-value business opportunities.
Communicate the technical USPs of our products (sensors, automation modules) versus industry standards.
Handle pricing discussions, overcome technical objections, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
Build long-term relationships with purchase managers and business owners to drive repeat orders.
Maintain meticulous records of interactions, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM and WhatsApp for Business.

What we're looking for

2–3 years selling products in Electrical, Home Automation, or related technical sectors.
Proven ability to meet sales quotas in a high-pressure, target-based B2B environment.
Strong verbal and written communication in both Hindi and English.
Proficient with CRM tools, WhatsApp for Business, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Based in or able to work from Faridabad (Sector 16).

Nice to have

Background in security & electronic surveillance (CCTV/access control) or lighting solutions.
Experience in HVAC, industrial automation, solar/green tech, or fire & life safety systems.
Existing network of contractors, distributors, or institutional buyers.
